Where do you set up?

We set up at most beach accesses on Anna Maria Island.  If you are unsure of where you would like to set up your suite, we can help pick the perfect location based on your needs. $100 service fee for Bean Point Access Set-ups (Gladiolus & Fern)

What happens if it rains?

If light rain occurs we will still move forward with setting up your Beach Suite.  In the event of thunderstorms, lightning or excessive winds (18 mph) you will be notified the night before or the morning of your booking.  If we are forced to cancel due to weather, we will issue you a full refund or rain check. 

What if it’s too windy?

If wind gusts are over 18 mph we will be unable to set up the umbrellas, tents and cabana.  You will have the option to keep your suite minus those items or we will issue you a refund or rain check. 

What hours do I have my Beach Suite?

All day Beach Suites are from 10am – 4pm.  Just text your host when you are done for the day. 

All sunset Beach Suites are 3 hours and end 30 minutes after the sun sets.  As sunset times vary throughout the year, exact hours for Sunset Suites change.

What if I want to extend the hours of my Beach Suite?

Additional time is available for purchase. When booking, just let your concierge know that you’re interested in booking your suite for an extended amount of time.

Do you do events?

Yes, we can customize any Beach Suite to create the perfect event for your party.

Do you offer food delivery?

Yes, we offer free local food delivery. After booking your Suite we will contact you to arrange your delivery.

How will I know my Beach Suite is ready for me?

Your host will contact you the morning of your Suite to let you know everything is ready.  They will be your main contact for the day.  Should any need arise, they are just a few minutes away.

What do I do when I’m ready to leave?

When you’re ready to leave, just text your host and let them know you are leaving.

Do you offer parking?

No, we do not provide parking but can guide you to the best parking options closest to your beach access.

Should I leave a tip?

Tips are not required but greatly appreciated. 100 percent of tips go directly to the two person team in charge of setting up your Beach Suite for the day. You can leave a tip at check out or in the accessory box upon leaving
